A New and Bold Work Inspired by Love Letters from Writers

The exchange of letters between the scandalous writer Henry Miller and his partner, the feminist writer Anaïs Nin, and the letters of writer and playwright Oscar Wilde during his imprisonment to his young lover, Lord Alfred Douglas, serve as the driving force for this unique and groundbreaking dance work. Ten dancers perform it on stage with extraordinary physical and emotional virtuosity.

The letters—stormy, painful, full of love, passion, and anger—act as a living soundtrack for the piece. Through breathtaking physical intensity and a captivating exploration of the psyche, the deepest human emotions come alive in a choreography that is intricate, precise, and challenging.
